While this culture became accessible to all, top players have become objects of admiration, and the study of their skills was sublimated into a competitive show business known as the "STACK Battle".
This culture has even made its way into the high schools, with clubs called
"DEN-ON-BU" becoming a popular activity for students.
The playing style of these young people adds an unrefined and momentary light to their shows that captivates and stirs up passion in people around the world.

This is the story of girls staking their entire youths to prove their pride.

Content Policy

DEN-ON-BU Fanmade Content Policy

This policy applies to the creation and sharing of fanmade content, including the use of fanart and music.
Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc. supports such fan activities, and we established this policy so that you can do so with peace of mind.
As long as you follow the guidelines on this page, all private DEN-ON-BU fans are free to create fan content and share it in any medium and any format.

What formats of fanmade content are allowed?: As long as you avoid the elements listed below and follow this policy, you may create fan content in any format you like, including content that modifies, remixes, or otherwise adapts elements from DEN-ON-BU in any way (game software is excluded).

What rules must absolutely be followed regardless of the format of fanmade content?

When creating and sharing fanmade content, please adhere to the following rules.

Your content should contain this line:
"This is fanmade content. It has been created in accordance with the Fanmade Content Policy (https://denonbu.jp/guidelines)."
Fanmade content can only be created and shared by private individuals. Corporations are not allowed. People who are self-employed are included as private individuals.
Creation and sharing of fanmade content cannot be done for profit.
Do not redistribute or share completely unmodified elements of DEN-ON-BU, in whole or in part.
Do not infringe on the intellectual property rights (including ownership rights and copyright), honor, reputation, privacy, or any other rights of Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc. or any third party.
Do not use fanmade content to violate public order and morals.
Do not use fanmade content to assert political or religious beliefs, or engage in hate speech.
Do not make statements that imply or may lead others to believe that you are supported by or affiliated with Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc. or its affiliates.

Other Notes

Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc. may make use of fanmade content. In such cases, the content may be edited or otherwise modified. In addition, the name of the content creator or other related information will typically not be included.
This policy is not intended as a guarantee of any sort to fans on the part of Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc.
As a rule, Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc. does not grant individual permissions for fanmade content in writing or any other means.

Q&A on the Fan-Made Content Policy

Is this policy intended as a restriction on fanmade content?: No. The main purpose of this policy is to help create a fan community in which creators of DEN-ON-BU fan content can do so with peace of mind. Therefore, this policy does not restrict activities that are typically recognized as fan activities.

Can you check for me whether the content I want to create complies with this policy?: We cannot respond to individual inquiries about whether or not fanmade content complies with this policy, or whether it complies with the law. Please rely on your own judgment and confirm that your content conforms to this policy.

What specific cases count as being "for profit"? Are all activities involving the exchange of money for fanmade content considered "for profit"?: No. Although the exchange of money can certainly be an indicator of whether or not an activity is for profit, at Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc., we believe that this alone is not the determining criterion. If the activity can be interpreted under socially accepted conventions as being part of fan activities, it may not count as a for-profit activity.
